Privacy Policy (draft)

Stealthmode Inc ("we") operates the hosted service at postware.ai and api.postware.ai. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

  1. Account data. Your email address, the name you give, and sign-in events (time, IP address, user agent) to operate your account, send sign-in links, and detect abuse. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
  2. Workspace data. The records you and your agents store in your workspaces, including personal data about your customers and end users. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor; we process it only on your instructions to provide the Service, and we return or delete it on request. A data processing agreement is available on request from support@postware.ai.
  3. End users of your product. When your product's users sign in through your workspace, their email address and sign-in events are stored in your workspace, under your control, not in our account database.
  4. Billing data. Payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor; we store the customer and subscription identifiers they return.
  5. Service providers. Cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, United States), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe) and website hosting (Vercel), each processing data under their own data processing terms.
  6. Retention. Account data while the account exists and for 30 days after deletion; workspace data until you delete the workspace plus 30 days of backups; logs for 30 days.
  7. Your rights. You may access, correct, export and delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@postware.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
  8. Security. Encryption in transit and at rest, per-workspace isolation, access limited to operating the Service, and an audit log of administrative access.
  9. Cookies. The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in; no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
  10. Changes. We will post changes here and notify account holders by email for material changes.
