Terms of Service (draft)
Draft for review by counsel before launch. Placeholders in braces are filled from brand configuration.
These terms govern the use of the hosted service operated by Stealthmode Inc ("we") at postware.ai and api.postware.ai (the "Service"). The open-source software the Service runs is licensed separately (Functional Source License for the server, Apache License 2.0 for the standard and SDKs) and those licences, not these terms, govern self-hosted use.
- Accounts and workspaces. You create an account with an email address you control. Each workspace you create belongs to you; you decide who else may access it. You are responsible for the records you and your agents store and for the end users you sign up through your workspace.
- Your data. Your workspace data is yours. We store it to provide the Service, back it up, and return it to you on request as a complete export at any time, including on the free tier. We do not sell it, train models on it, or use it for anything other than operating and securing the Service and answering your support requests.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no malware, no abuse of other people's data, no attempts to access other workspaces, no circumvention of quotas or security. We may pause a workspace that violates this and will tell you why.
- Plans, fees and quotas. The free tier has published limits and no card. Paid tiers are billed per workspace, monthly unless you choose annual, at the prices on the pricing page, with published overage rates. Quotas are enforced by the Service; you can see your usage in the dashboard.
- Availability and support. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided as is during the beta; paid tiers receive support by email at support@postware.ai.
- Termination. You may delete a workspace at any time; we keep its backups for 30 days and then delete them. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Export is always available before deletion.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Changes. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by email and on the site at least 30 days before they apply.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless your order form says otherwise.
